Multiple Monitors

Efficiency through Technology” is our slogan…one of the ways to get more done during your work day is to utilize more than one monitor. PCs are capable now of supporting multiple monitors. How does this make you more efficient? For example, you can have your #1 business application (Email) open on one monitor and a productivity application (Word, Excel, etc…) open on the other. You can compare two different documents without taking the time to resize their respective windows to fit on one screen. Monitors today can also rotate 90 degrees so that if you frequently review legal size documents, you can view the whole page without having to scroll. You can also use an application such as Ultramon which allows you to have a taskbar for each monitor.
